It is observed that many trained women leave their jobs and professional careers for various reasons, often after marriage, to take care of their families. To address this issue, the Rajasthan government has announced the launch of the "Jagriti: Back to Work" scheme, in collaboration with the private sector, aiming to provide employment opportunities to 15,000 such women.
